Meeting Room Information
The Red Rock Inn is available for banquet and meeting events.
We can accommodate small meetings and occasions and up to 230 guests for corporate meetings.
Menus
There are two rooms available – the Banquet Room which can accommodate up to 94 guests and the Fireside Room which can accommodate up to 34 guests.
- Half Day Session--$50.00
8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Full Day Session--$100.00
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Evening Session--$100.00
6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Morning Meetings
For a morning meeting, we can provide the following:
- Coffee, Tea, Juice & Muffins--$4.95 per person
Luncheon Sessions
For a luncheon session, selection will vary. Ask about our luncheon suggestions.
Dessert may be provided for an additional $3.95 per person.
Afternoon Session
For an afternoon session, we can provide the following:
- Assorted Cookies & Cakes--$3.95 per person
- Fruit Plate (Seasonal)--$4.00 per person
- Cheese & Crackers--$4.00 per person
- Vegetables & Dip--$4.00 per person
Any additional alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages would be additional.
Applicable taxes & 15% gratuity would be added to each item.
Should your group require a screen or flipchart, we do have these items available. Any other audiovisual equipment would require to be either brought by participants or arrangements to have items rented may be made through us.
